18-year-old Lewisville High senior Annette McCullough is the subject of a law enforcement investigation in South Carolina, U.S. after a violent attack on an opposing team member.

In a bad-tempered game, McCullough reacted badly to being brought down and immediately launched herself at the unnamed Chester High number four.
