Cristiano Ronaldo smelled Renato Sanches’s ponytail during a Portugal training session as they prepared for Euro 2020 qualifying trips to Serbia and Lithuania.
It is the second time that Juventus star Ronaldo has been caught on camera sniffing the hair of the midfielder, who is currently at Lille.
Portugal are the reigning champions of the European Championships having triumphed 1-0 over hosts France in the 2016 final.
They also won this year’s inaugural Nations League competition, beating the Netherlands to clinch the title.
