Torino’s Cristian Ansaldi punched a box in the side’s dressing room and posted a video of himself doing it on Instagram.

The 32-year-old defender, on loan from Inter Milan, is seen parading shirtless before letting out a roar.

He bends down on one knee and punches what looks like some sort of laundry trolley on wheels.

Ansaldi uploaded the clip to his social media account alongside a few, short words:

The player was an unused substitute as Torino lost their last home game.

The team from Turin were defeated 1-2 by Parma at the Stadio Olimpico di Torino in their last Serie A clash before the international break.
