Suspended Sunderland midfielder Craig Gardner was able to ease his disappointment about missing the Tyne-Wear derby on Sunday by joining fans of the Black Cats for the game.
He arrived with them on the train, was swiftly coerced into singing his new manager’s name and ended-up caught on camera celebrating in the stands.
