Panama manager Américo Gallego was sent tumbling in the technical area when Bermuda’s Willie Clemons ran straight into him during a CONCACAF Nations League clash.
El Tolo Gallego’s Panama ran out 4-1 winners at the Bermuda National Stadium on Thursday in Matchday 1 of Group B in the competition.

But, in the 64-year-old’s first game in charge, he was dragged to the floor by an out-of-control Clemons near the halfway line.
The former Argentina international was reportedly injured in the incident although able to get up and angrily remonstrate with the midfielder.
