Atlético Mineiro left-back Guilherme Arana was irritated when the referee blew his whistle too close to his ear in Sunday’s win over Tombense.
Mineiro triumphed 1-0 at their Estádio Mineirão ground in Belo Horizonte to seal a 3-1 aggregate victory in the Campeonato Mineiro final.

At one point, 23-year-old Arana, who is on loan from Europa League winners Sevilla, reacted to the loud noise by putting his hands to his head.
He will have been soothed as his team, managed by former Chile and Argentina boss Jorge Sampaoli, went on to claim the trophy thanks to a goal from Jair Rodrigues Júnior.
