An ITV Wales cameraman has been spotted putting a Swansea City flag in a bin in order to film it as a visual metaphor for the club’s relegation from the Premier League.
Presumably eager to make out as if a distraught fan had put it there, the cameraman stands accused of then putting the flag in his pocket afterwards.
Purporting to have been witness to this false flag event is Adam Mark Davis, whose Twitter bio reveals him to be chair of Welsh Young Labour.
Anyone who was there today knows that this didn't represent the atmosphere. There was humour, anger and tears in the end.
But I'd never throw my club away. Swansea till I die.

There was plenty to report on @ITVWales but don't stick our clubs badge in the bin on relegation day just because you think it'll make a nice pick up shot.
Have some effing respect.

thanks @ITVWales for the call and the apology.
Thanks for not using the shot and thanks for holding your hands up. All I wanted was for that footage not to be used. @swansnews pic.twitter.com/fOeIOPxqGM
