One supporter dressed as a post box came to watch Sheffield United’s 1-2 defeat to Bristol City at Bramall Lane on Friday night.

Spotted on the television coverage of the Championship clash, the fan can be seen wearing a full-body costume replica of one of the British Isles’ famous red pillar post boxes, complete with collection tab, royal insignia and posting instructions on the front.

There also appeared to be a space for pushing the letters through, that allowed the person inside the unusual spectator garb to see.
