These are the best jokes that Twitter had to offer as three Liverpool players limped off with hamstring injuries during their 1-0 League Cup semi-final first leg win at Stoke.
First Philippe Coutinho, then Dejan Lovren and finally Kolo Touré suffered the same fate over the course of the match, adding to an already lengthy list of absentees for an exasperated Jürgen Klopp.
It’s not often a team suffers three hamstring injuries in one game, so naturally there were plenty of jokes doing the rounds…

I can't believe we suffered so many hamstring injuries tonight.
I asked Joe Allen if he could believe it.
He said No, I can't believe it.
