England won 2-1 against Croatia in their final group game of the Nations League at Wembley on Sunday.
The hosts are in the draw for the semi-finals of the competition after topping League A Group 4 by a solitary point.
Two late goals from Jesse Lingard and Harry Kane completed a turnaround for England after Andrej Kramarić put the visitors in front.
Croatia are relegated despite knocking England out of the World Cup at the semi-final stage in Russia last summer.
These were the best jokes after England 2-1 Croatia:

No real idea what that goal means or what this tournament really is, but am celebrating like we've won the World Cup. #ENGCRO

If you’d told me this time last year that England would reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League… I would have said to you “the semi-finals of the what now?”. #ENGCRO

The Europa Nations League seems to consist of England winning something, Germany getting relegated and Three Lions blaring out in victory at Wembley.
I like it. #ENGCRO

You might have won a World Cup semi final against us, but nobody beats England in the final match of the inaugural nations league, league A group 4 #ENGCRO

The biggest risk to England winning the World Cup now is that the Government fuck it up so badly that we’re no longer actually a country by the time the tournament starts.
