Stole the show with the winning goal and a superb clearance in the 1-0 win at Swansea – next up, he’s at home to Stoke.

Benjamin Mendy, MCI – £6.5m

Marked his home debut with an assist an 10 points in the 5-0 win over Liverpool. He’s expensive, but many more performances like that and he could make himself essential nonetheless.

Kurt Zouma, STK – £5.5m

Getting regular games in a decent-looking Stoke side, albeit a trip to Newcastle might prove to be a tricky fixture.

Victor Lindelöf, MUN – £5.1m
