This Fantasy Premier League tips Gameweek 37 captains round-up is here to help you select a skipper and a handy vice-captain.

Recommended selections this week include players from Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

1. Harry Kane, TOT (forward)

See how he gets on in the Monday night fixture against Watford for clues as to how he might do in his Double Gameweek away to West Brom and home to Newcastle.

If he ends this season as he ended last, when he got seven (7!) goals in the final two matches, then Kane’s your man for this week’s captaincy.

If you can’t afford him then you could always consider one of his midfield team-mates, like Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli or Heung-Min Son, but a Man City player would probably be preferable to any of those three.

2. Gabriel Jesus/Raheem Sterling, MCI (forward)

There’s always the risk of rotation, but if either or both start each of the Double Gameweek home games against Huddersfield and Brighton then they could rack up some really rather high scores.

You could consider a player from another team with two fixtures, such as Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal or Leicester, but frankly all of the players you could name carry an element of risk.

Spurs and Man City both have excellent fixtures, the potential for goals galore and both still have something to play for – the former for a top four finish, the latter for the record number of Premier League points in a season.
