1⃣ İlkay Gündoğan MCI, MID

Plenty of Man City options for their Double Gameweek at home to Spurs and away to Everton, but Gündoğan feels like the outstanding candidate.

For starters he looks the most nailed-on starter out of all the potential candidates, bar Rúben Dias, and he’s scored nine goals in eleven games.

What’s more, with a dearth of potential penalty takers around him, he might even stay on spot kick duties despite his miss in the 4-1 win at Anfield.

The likes of Raheem Sterling, Phil Foden and João Cancelo have much to commend them for, but it’s going to be Gündoğan for us.

2⃣ Bruno Fernandes MUN, MID

Plays away to West Brom, which might just be the best possible fixture given the Baggies have conceded 24 goals in their last six home matches.

3⃣ Nick Pope BUR, GK

A Double Gameweek away to Crystal Palace and Fulham looks good on paper, and two clean sheets with a decent number of saves could prove lucrative.

3⃣ Dominic Calvert-Lewin EVE, FWD

Also doubles this week, although one of those fixtures is against Man City which dulls the attraction.
