1. Harry Kane/Dele Alli, TOT (forward/midfielder)

In a Gameweek of prime fixtures for many top captain candidates, Spurs’s trip to leaky Sunderland looks arguably the meatiest for this duo in red-hot goal-scoring form.

2. Alexis Sánchez, ARS (midfielder)

If he starts at front at home to Watford then he’s perhaps at least as good a bet as Kane and Alli, so keep an eye out for the likelihood of Giroud shunting him out wide again.

3. Zlatan Ibrahimović, MUN (forward)

Home to Hull looks great on paper but a) Chelsea only beat them 2-0 at Stamford Bridge last time out, and b) Zlatan didn’t exactly show up well in the 1-1 draw at Stoke. But then he does love to hit back at his critics…
