1. Romelu Lukaku (forward)

Seems like the popular choice after his two-goal debut against West Ham, although a trip to Swansea might not be so open.

2. Jamie Vardy, LEI (forward)

Scored twice in the 4-3 defeat at Arsenal and looks in fine fettle going into the home game against newly promoted Brighton.

3. Sadio Mané/Mohamed Salah/Roberto Firmino, LIV (midfielder/midfielder/forward)

All three scored in the 3-3 draw at Watford and any of them could conceivably fill their boots at home to beleaguered Crystal Palace.

4. Harry Kane, TOT (forward)

Unlucky not to break his August hoodoo with a late shot against the post at Newcastle, and his strong record in London derbies could continue at home to a Chelsea side that just lost at home to Burnley.

5. Sergio Agüero, MCI (midfielder)

A perennial goal-scorer, but a home game against Ronald Koeman’s Everton might be trickier than it looks on paper.
