In-form Chelsea go to a West Ham side that almost managed to get a point at Man City but might be forced to open up more as the home team.

3. Harry Kane, TOT (forward)

Who knows how he’ll do at home to Stoke? He got a hat-trick in the same fixture last year, but Spurs have been struggling to break down teams at Wembley.
