Now dig our striker recommendations…

Stevan Jovetić, Manchester City – £7.8m

Two goals and an assist from the last three games is good form to be taking into Saturday’s evening kick off at home to inconsistent Everton.

He’s a full £5m cheaper than Sergio Agüero, bargain hunters, although Agüero is looking increasingly like being this year’s Suárez insofar as it would be pure folly not to have him in your side and as your captain.

Charlie Austin, Queens Park Rangers – £6m

QPR’s 3-2 win over Leicester last weekend shows just what manner of ding-dong affair can result from two newly promoted sides coming face to face, so we’re backing in-form Austin to score at home to Burnley on Saturday.

Danny Ings, Burnley – £5.8m

See above but apply to Ings.

Christian Benteke – £7.9m

Marked his return from suspension with a splendid winner at Crystal Palace last time out, and on Sunday he’ll be taking on bottom-of-the-table Leicester City in a home game.

Good luck and happy selecting!
