Right, get a load of this merry bunch…
Alexis Sánchez/Theo Walcott, Arsenal – £10.6m/£9m
As we said last week, there are few more valuable commodities in fantasy football than a midfielder who weighs in with a striker’s goal return, as Sánchez is doing emphatically at the moment.
Walcott looked bright in his ten-minute return from injury, so defenders of this weekend’s opponents Swansea may be harbouring one or two sleepless nights.
Dušan Tadić, Southampton – £7.8m
Saints are at home to struggling Leicester City on Saturday, and while Tadić might not repeat his goal-and-four-assists performance against Sunderland you wouldn’t rule him out from getting close.
You might also want to consider his £6.9m team mate Sadio Mané, who’s scored twice in the last three.
Stewart Downing, West Ham United – £5.8m
The former England man has been instrumental to the Hammer’s resurgence of late, and he’ll fancy his chances at home to a wretchedly out-of-form Aston Villa having bagged himself a goal and an assist as Stoke.
Cesc Fàbregas, Eden Hazard, Oscar could run riot against a woefully out-of-form Liverpool in Saturday’s early kick-off.
Good luck and happy selecting!
