Papiss Cissé has pulled out of Newcastle United’s pre-season tour of Portugal after refusing to wear the newly Wonga-emblazoned shirts, cue more Cissé Wonga jokes.
Newcastle’s star striker, a Muslim, is involved in a row with the club over the sponsor, a payday loan company that lends money at infamously high interest rates.
