Caught on CCTV, this warehouse worker in Turkey performed kick-ups with a cardboard box thrown at him by a colleague from the back of a lorry.

Showing a remarkable degree of control, the man takes the box on his chest and manages to keep it up ten times before volleying it back into the vehicle.
