FC Strogino Moscow defender Vadim Loginov knocked a painting onto his dog by volleying a tennis ball from his living room into the kitchen.

With football on hold during the coronavirus outbreak, players are doing their best to keep themselves sharp at home.

Many have been posting clips on social media of themselves doing kick-ups with rolls of toilet paper, but 21-year-old Loginov opted for a tennis ball.

After a few keepie uppies, he sends it hurtling towards the framed picture, which topples over and sends his dog scurrying off in a panic.
