Police escorted Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley to a cash machine after he’d refused to pay for spilling chips in the back of a taxi.
Onlookers laughed and joked at the incident when the cab stopped outside Hannah’s Bar on Hardman Street in Barkley’s hometown of Liverpool.
