Prince Ampem of Šibenik ended up having to run on his knees as he attacked Istra 1961 in Wednesday’s Croatian Cup match.

The Ghanaian winger lost his footing as a cross came in and he had to improvise his way through a crowd of players at the Stadion Šubićevac.

He was almost rewarded for his efforts, somehow managing to get off a shot at goal that the opposition goalkeeper just about managed to palm away.

Ultimately it was in vain as the away side ran out 2-0 winners.
