This #lufc fan in the blue coat sums up everything wrong with some football fans (we all have them). Why behave like that? Moron. #bhafc pic.twitter.com/o0Xwimcq20

Watch as a Leeds fan pushes Brighton player Uwe Hünemeier who is nudged into the stands while battling for the ball as the two sides clashed at Elland Road on Saturday.

The defender became entangled with Leeds’s Alfonso Pedraza and the pace of the challenge carried him over the advertising hoardings and into the crowd.

Not greeted especially warmly by the home support, Hünemeier is pushed and seemingly shouted at by a Leeds fan close to where he landed.

In a recent Facebook post being shared on social media, the man seen on the television coverage has claimed he was trying to protect a wheelchair user from the oncoming German:

@TwistedElephant @JBDT i thought the same but then i saw this pic.twitter.com/tkqnUy3tid

The 31-year-old centre back was not impressed at the time though and can be seen mentioning this to the referee as he runs back past him.
