Grêmio manager Renato Portaluppi grabbed Fortaleza’s Carlinhos when the player’s momentum after keeping the ball in play took him into the technical area in front of the dugouts.
Fortaleza played out a goalless draw at Grêmio’s Castelão in the Brasileirão on Sunday.

Midway through the first half, Grêmio manager Renato Portaluppi, known as Renato Gaúcho, prevented Fortaleza defender Carlinhos from reaching the ball by holding him back.
The 34-year-old Brazilian left back ran into Portaluppi as he stopped the ball going out of play for a throw-in but was then unable to get back onto the pitch and the referee was forced to bring the match to a halt.
