Half-and-half Sunderland/Arsenal shirt

Half-and-half Sunderland/Arsenal shirt spotted at Stadium of Light

Apparently to bait Spurs, yet same shirt was spotted back in February's goalless draw between Sunderland and West Brom.

Yes, that does appear to be a half-and-half Sunderland/Arsenal shirt sported by some mischievous soul or other at the Stadium of Light yesterday.

Presumably he was trying to bait the Mackems’ opponents Tottenham Hotspur, but it didn’t quite do the trick as Ryan Mason scored a late winner for the away side (and injured himself in doing so).

Nevertheless, that’s some mighty fine stitch work.

EDIT: it appears that the same guy was spotted wearing that very shirt back in February when Sunderland played out a 0-0 draw with West Brom, and he even struck the same pose for the camera…
