GOLF VIDEO: Joey Barton’s hole-in-one

A golf ball, much like the one used in Joey Barton's hole-in-one

See Joey Barton’s hole-in-one – his first ever – while playing golf in France with an unidentified Geordie, known only as “our kid”.

Are you a golfing fanatic? Is Joey Barton any good at golf? Was the shot wind assisted? Find out here.

Apparently Barton used a “6 iron” for the 186 yard shot on a par 3 hole and the controversial midfielder who has recently been blossoming in France is getting the ball framed.

As the video description tells us:

Video: joey Barton 1st ever hole in one today. 186yd par 3 into wind. 6 iron, perfect shot, pitched 8 inches from the flag past hole, spun back and straight in.

Plus! See Joey Barton racing around on a golf buggy.

Barton’s comments below:

Only about 8 people in the golf club after, so quite a cheap round. Happy days. Balls getting framed. #holeinone #delighted

Our kid is also claiming that it was slightly wind assisted, I think it was slightly into. Either way it went in… facebook.com/joe6barton
