After announcing Dulux as their first ever Official Paint Supplier, Tottenham Hotspur found themselves repeatedly mocked by the brand’s Twitter account.
Whoever was running it took the questionable decision to crack wise at the Premier League club’s expense on at least three occasions in less than half an hour.

In one joke they posted a meme of an empty Spurs trophy cabinet, while in another they suggested that the team would be better off with the Dulux dog at centre-back.
The tweets have all since been deleted – but, needless to say, there are plenty of screenshots doing the rounds on social media.
