It’s the sexist FA tweet that’s sweeping the nation, and sources have revealed that the botched England Women congratulation has forced open a shock wormhole to the 1950s.

The tunnel-shaped shortcut through spacetime had previously been dismissed as hypothetical, but it now appears that they can be created by high-profile instances of establishment sexism.

According to leading scientists, you can now visit the fifties simply by tweeting the words “Our Lionesses go back to being mothers, partners and daughters today, but they have taken on another title – heroes”.

The sexist FA tweet has since been removed amidst growing concerns that it could lead to legions of Nazis swarming into the present, although these concerns have since been dismissed as “f***ing stupid”.

Speaking exclusively to Football Burp, an FA spokesman pointed out that World War 2 ended in 1945 and that therefore the present was not under threat from Nazi invasion.

He said: “It’s not even a sexist tweet anyway.

“At least it’s better than the one we had lined up for the men, which was ‘Our Premier League stars go back to being diamond-encrusted, Drake-worshipping egomaniacs today, but they have taken on another title – morons.

“I’d rather be a daughter than a moron.”
