It’s the Nigel Pearson ostrich rant that’s sweeping the nation, and it’s scooped the Leicester City boss a prestigious gong.
The Foxes’ 1-3 defeat to Chelsea on Wednesday night was followed by a bizarre post-match interview from their manager, who labelled journalist Ian Baker a “right stupid berk of an ostrich” and a “daft wazzock”.
Pearson was immediately declared Scariest Potential Father-in-Law of the Decade at a hastily arranged yet nevertheless lavish ceremony in central London, in a move that’s already being described as “razzmatazz”.
Speaking exclusively to Football Burp, Pearson looked us up and down before asking us what we do for a living with unnecessary aggression.
He said: “What are your intentions with this interview?
“You f***ing flamingo.”
The Nigel Pearson ostrich rant is out now on Limited Edition DVD with three bonus outbursts.
