José Mourinho has said nothing, absolutely nothing at all, in what is already being described as “this week’s most telltale sign that Mourinho’s cracking up”.
The Chelsea boss, unspeaking, was not talking to the media in the aftermath of his side’s 1-3 defeat to Liverpool at Stamford Bridge when he refused to comment on speculation that he had nothing left to say.
After 6 defeats in their opening 11 Premier League matches, the reigning champions are in danger of reverting to their pre-Ruud Gullit state of languishing in mid-table with John Spencer up front.
And Paul Furlong.
Not speaking exclusively to Football Burp, Mourinho was quite literally lost for words as he declined to remark upon his side’s unspeakably awful form.
He didn’t say: “…
“……………
“………………………..I’m not going to say anything, you know……………
“…………..Except that, obviously……….”
He continued: “…………..Er, and that……………
“…..And that……”
At the time of going to press, José Mourinho was still standing there not saying anything.
