Arsenal Fan TV is set to relaunch as Arsenal Fam TV in a bid to oust Arsène Wenger following last night’s 3-0 defeat at Crystal Palace.

The YouTube channel has become an internet sensation for its fascinating array of interviews with supporters in the aftermaths of various defeats to mid-table outfits.

But its creator Robbie Lyle says the team’s latest anaemic display left him with no choice but to rebrand as something more indignant-sounding.

He told Football Burp: “The worse we play, the more colourful the invective of our interviewees, and last night was as bad as it gets.

“When I say invective, what I mean is that they tend to say ‘blood’ and ‘fam’ as if they were scoring points for every utterance. I think it’s a grime thing, I’m not sure.

“It’s been time for Wenger to go for a while now, but nothing’s changed and that could be because our channel’s name doesn’t sound comedically disgruntled enough.

“We need to reach out to all Arsenal supporters in terms they can understand – and if there are two terms they can understand, it’s ‘blood’ and ‘fam’.

“So as of next Monday we’ll be broadcasting as Arsenal Fam TV, and Heavy D will compile and deliver the fans’ views in a personalised rap directly to Wenger.

“Like an even s**tter singing telegram.”
