Our Fantasy Premier League tips Gameweek 5 goalkeepers round-up is here to usher you gently in the direction of those juicy clean sheets.
Recommended selections this week include players from West Brom, Swansea, Man Utd and Arsenal.
Sergio Romero, Man Utd – £5.1m
Lost his unsullied ‘goals conceded’ record in the 2-1 defeat at Swansea last time out, but if the Argentine holds onto his place then he’s got a good chance to get back on track at home to low-scoring Liverpool.
Boaz Myhill, West Brom – £4.5m
Anyone playing in goal for a Tony Pulis team at home to any side other than the top 4 or 5 has to be a decent shout for a clean sheet, even if Southampton do pose a threat.
Petr Čech, Arsenal – £5.5m
Although the Gunners have tended to struggle at the Britannia, they usually fare well against Stoke at the Emirates – and that’s where they’ll be on Saturday.
Łukasz Fabiański, Swansea – £5m
Garry Monk’s high-flying Swans go to a Watford side that’s yet to score a goal at home this season – mind you, neither have they conceded, so you might also want to consider the Hornets’ £4.5m Heurelho Gomes.
Good luck and happy selecting!
