In a topsy turvy World Cup play-off second leg match, Ronaldo’s hat-trick sent Portugal on their way to Brazil 2014 at the expense of a Swedish team who looked set to mount a dramatic turnaround with two quickfire goals from their own star man, Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
