Royal Oak FC, founded in 1997 out of the ashes of the old Coach and Horses side. Our original home was Grenoside Park Fields until relocating to our present home pitch at Wynne Gardens. The team plays in the Sheffield and District Sunday League and is managed by Paul Beacroft and his assistant Steve Bracknall. Special mention must be given to Royal Oak landlord Terry Whitfield and his lovely wife June who have provided the team with a home and excellent food and hospitality since the beginning as well as the Green Un newspaper for it’s continued sponsorship of the clubs home kit.
