Hotel Football is the brainchild of fellow former players Giggs, Gary and Phil Neville, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes.
The £24m hospitality project boasts an enormous 113 bedrooms and also features a swish indoor five-a-side pitch on the roof of the block that they’ve named Heaven and is available for guests to hire.
With it’s prime location and the impression they give that you might bump into one of the Class of ’92 during your stay, it’s sure to attract the fans, particularly those visiting from overseas.
Supporters are also free to avail themselves of the hotel facilities immediately before and after home games.
In this video, the winger turned coach leads a journalist round the shiny new building in an effort to publicise the venture.
