A Sky News reporter had to apologise to viewers when a Rangers fan swore live on TV at the unveiling of Steven Gerrard as their new manager.

The former Liverpool and England midfielder was presented to the Ibrox faithful as a replacement for the sacked Graeme Murty, and this supporter was asked for his opinion.

What should have been a straightforward vox pop backfired when the Gers fan grinned and said “f**k Scott Brown” in a dig at the divisive Celtic captain.
