A young Egypt supporter took a sign to Friday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tunisia asking Mohamed Salah to score so she could go and do her homework.

She got her wish eventually, with the Liverpool forward scoring a last-minute winner in a 3-2 win at the Borg El Arab Stadium near Alexandria.

What’s more, Salah even replied on Twitter:

I really tried to let you go home early, and sorry to have kept you here until the last minute. I hope your teacher tomorrow understands the situation. 🤣
