Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has lodged an appeal against Mohamed Salah’s latest PFA player of the month award, claiming the vote brushed off his shoulder.

Speaking exclusively to Football Burp, the Spurs star swore on his daughter’s life and triple bagsied his nan.

He said: “Those votes went in for Salah, but I solemnly pledge that every single one of them took a slight but decisive deflection off me.

“So I’m appealing that decision, and I’m appealing every one of Salah’s goals to see if they didn’t hit an insect on the way in.

“Because I suspect a lot of them did.”
