There were jokes after Watford 2-1 Spurs as the Hornets took maximum points from their first games of the EPL season
MAXIMUM: Watford

Watford have a maximum 12 points after their opening four games of the 2018/19 Premier League season after coming from behind to beat Spurs 2-1 at Vicarage Road on Sunday.

Three teams will go into the international break lying joint top of the table, with Chelsea and Liverpool accompanying Javi Gracia’s side.

Tottenham would have been there instead if they had won at Watford this weekend.

It’s going to be great finding out which Premier League team unsettles Javi Gracia and ruins Watford’s season.

Paul Merson next week:

#WatfordFC have had a fantastic start. They’ve gelled brilliantly under Gracia and can take anyone on on their day. United are all over the shop. They’re clearly not playing for Mourinho.

Watford 0-3 Man United.”
